I placed the order but did not receive order confirmation?

If you have given us the right email address, we will send the confirmation of your order and shipping information to your email. To make sure you receive our emails, please check your SPAM or JUNK folder and add our email addressinfo@caviarkingdom.uk to your safe list.

What caviar should I order?

If you’re unsure which type of caviar to order, we have options to suit different tastes. We suggest starting with a small quantity to help you make an informed decision for future orders. Caviar is rich in nutrients like protein, B vitamins, iron, and magnesium, which support blood and tissue health, energy production, and sleep. It also contains essential fatty acids, including omega-3s, which can reduce inflammation and benefit the cardiovascular and nervous system. Additionally, caviar is a significant source of vitamins A and D, important for vision, immune function, and preventing diseases like osteoporosis and cancer.

Where does caviar come from?

Red Caviar is sourced from wild salmon species found in the Northwest Pacific Ocean, which are harvested and delivered directly to our processing facilities from pristine fishing regions in Alaska and Canada.
While sturgeon caviar is typically prohibited from being harvested in their natural habitats, Lemberg sources our sturgeon caviar primarily from European farm-breeding facilities, where Siberian and Russian sturgeon species are bred. The quality and taste of our aquaculture-bred sturgeon caviar is comparable to that extracted from freshwater sturgeon. The only sturgeon species that can be legally fished in its natural habitat is the American sturgeon, which we source from the Mississippi River region in the USA.

How is my order delivered?

We guarantee the freshness of our products, which are stored and processed according to rigorous health and safety standards. When you place an order, we pack it in a cold room using polystyrene/thermo packaging and ice gel packs to maintain optimal transportation conditions for up to five days (depending on factors like outside temperature and weather). If you have any concerns, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us.

When can I expect my order to arrive?

If you place your order between Monday to Thursday before 14:00, we will process it on the same day and deliver it within 1-2 working days. Please note that during busy seasons like Christmas, New Year, and Easter, we may dispatch orders on Fridays subject to the capabilities of our courier at that time.

We typically use Royal Mail Tracked service for most orders, and we will send you a tracking number via email once your order is dispatched from our warehouse. It’s your responsibility to track your order and report any delays to the courier or our customer services team info@caviarkingdom.uk.

Please be aware that Royal Mail has planned several national strikes over the next two months, which may affect the processing and delivery times of your order. We appreciate your patience and kindly ask that you monitor the tracking information of your order before contacting us. Can I return my order?

For health and safety reasons, we do not generally accept returns of our products. However, in some cases, we may consider accepting the return of unused and unopened products, provided that the items are returned in their original packaging, including thermo boxes and ice packs, or in equivalent suitable packaging.

It is essential to report any returns and receive agreement from our Customer Services before sending the items back. We evaluate each return request on a case-by-case basis and will make a decision accordingly.

Can I pay in cash on delivery?

We only accept payments made through our website when placing an order. Maestro, MasterCard, Visa, and PayPal are all accepted forms of payment. If you encounter any issues while attempting to make a payment on our website, please contact your card-issuing bank to discuss any security measures that may have been imposed by the bank. Do you deliver to British Isles (Guernsey, Jersey etc)?

Yes, we do deliver to remote areas such as the Highlands and Isles, including Jersey, Guernsey, and Isle of Man. However, please be aware that delivery to these areas may take longer due to the distance involved and possible customs procedures since Brexit. Please note that we will not be held responsible for any delays caused by British Customs.

Important Shipping & Packaging Information

Delivery Cost:
Free delivery on orders over £ 200.
For orders below £200, a delivery charge of £6.

  1. products are shipped, normally, within 24 hours of receiving the order (excluding Fri, Sat, Sun).
  2. the courier is Royal Mail (1st Class Tracked). Other couriers maybe used in certain circumstances, agreed with customer.
  3. thermo polystyrene packaging with ice packs are always used, guaranteeing adequate transportation temperature for 3-7 days (depending on the warm/cold season).
  4. orders are usually delivered within 1-2 days of despatch, though some delays are possible beyond our control (NOTE: we cannot guarantee Saturday delivery unless agreed and paid additionally by customer).
  5. orders are always trackable. Tracking information will be provided via email once the order is despatched. It is customers’ responsibility to track the progress of order delivery.
  6. if order is shown as delivered, but you did not see it, please contact your neighbours or check secure places around your home (e.g. sheds, bins, boxes, etc) prior to contacting us.
  7. if you do not receive your UK order within 48 hours of despatch, please check tracking information first. Occasionally, tracking information may suggest that order has been delivered to a neighbour, secure location or could not be delivered awaiting collection etc. Postmen are only humans and, unfortunately, do not always leave “while you were out” cards, hence we may ask you to visit your local Royal Mail collection depot with your ID to check your order.
